Do you just want to sanity check or to carry out ongoing or periodic ad-hoc surveys? Why pay for a consultant to do what you can do yourself, with a little bit of help to get you started.

Savvy’s ‘Reconnected’ package allows you carry out your own assessments internally, includes all training, materials and templates, and includes a I day workshop for 4 assessors at our Internal Communications workshop.

‘Internal Communications’ workshop
This workshop provides in-house training and coaching for senior and middle-management and focuses on developing effective internal communication strategies and skills.

‘Intranet’ workshop
Thinking of revamping, revisiting or just throwing out your Intranet or simply trying to figure out how to integrate the social media tools like blogs and wiki’s into you knowledge flow?

Our 1 day workshop will help you plan and deliver an integrated Internal Communications strategy that works. It includes the ‘20 mistakes’ almost everyone makes and the rules of engagement.

‘Brainstorming’ workshop
Brainstorming - everyone can do it right? Well no actually, not really. Our Brainstorming workshop ‘teaches the trainer’ how use a range of ideation tools, pull out those great ideas and, most importantly what to do with them afterwards. It’s not just about ‘out of the box’ and ‘no blame’ but asking the beautiful question! We show you how to find it.

The price is slightly higher for this course as this is our (and will be your) secret weapon and is our premium value course. Numbers are strictly limited as we only hold six courses a year.

‘Innovation’ workshop
The number one desire in just about every organisation is to be innovative. You have to innovate or stagnate (or worse). It’s not just about how innovation can continually improve your the bottom line, it is about retaining your staff and your investment in them, maintaining a work life balance and creating a stimulating environment is the direct result of a pro-active innovation strategy.

Our 1 day workshop shows you how to effectively stimulate innovation and creativity in your organisations and more importantly how to manage and continue that process.

Who should attend? Every C level executive that can fog up a mirror in any organisation, as well as any manager who manages himself or anyone in any NFP, NGO, Public or Private sector. Educators are especially welcome (and get a 50% discount).

All our courses are held at ‘interesting venues’. Associated accommodation and chill-out opportunities can also be arranged; including all meals during the session and all materials (for which you will need a big bag to them carry home, or we will send after you if you prefer). Educators receive a 50% discount on all courses.
