Spectrum Plastics gets savvy

The Savvy Partnership has just started working with Stockport based Spectrum Plastics, one of the UK’s leading experts in plastic card design, manufacture and encapsulation.

Working with their Managing Director Kath Doran and Spectrum’s senior management team, Savvy is managing the development of the company’s internal Communications strategy.

Recent winners of the IPIA ‘Best Trade Manufacturer’ Award, Spectrum Plastics have seen significant growth in sales over recent years and as a result are now implementing a series of upgrades to internal systems and processes in line with the company’s expansion and diversification.

Savvy gets Digital

Manchester based strategic marketing agency The Savvy Partnership have been appointed by FirstLine Digital to handle all marketing and PR activities for the company.

With a turnover of £36.1m last year, Chester based FirstLine Digital, is the UK’s largest independent installer of digital, terrestrial and satellite equipment and one of only 2 suppliers to Sky for domestic installations in the UK. The Savvy Partnership was appointed to work with the company following a competitive 3-way pitch last month.

FirstLine Digital Managing Director Mike Davies, commenting on the appointment of The Savvy Partnership said – “The challenge for FirstLine Digital is that as a business we have experienced year on year rapid growth since we started. And the Helicentre Liverpool makes three!

The Savvy Partnership have just started working with Helicentre Liverpool, the region’s leading helicopter charter and pilot training school, after being appointed at the beggining of February to provide strategic and practical marketing support to the Liverpool airport based company throughout 2010. The account win – the third in four weeks, follows Savvy being appointed in January by Cheshire based Its Cold Outside, and Fylde Coast based CCN Group to manage their re-naming, branding and positioning as part of a wider marketing support function.
