Simon Rogan of L’enclume to appear on Masterchef

Client Simon Rogan and his Cartmel based Michelin Star restaurant L’enclume, is to feature on next week’s episode of Masterchef to be televised on Wednesday 15th February at 9pm.

Featuring along side the restaurant is likely to be Aulis, Simon’s R&D kitchen as well as the restaurant’s six acre organic farm situated in the beautiful Cartmel Valley where the very vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers are grown to create the raw materials and unique flavours of L’enclume.

He is also due to feature in the penultimate episode of this series to be screened on Wednesday 14th March.
